Customer Issue: Mr. Morgenstern got a rat infestation removed, and wanted to make sure no others moved into the remaining nests and tunnels.
Our Solution: Moving the furniture and appliances on the ground floor and clearing the spaces under the stairs and kitchen sinks revealed several rat holes. Each one got a cement and steel wall plug installed and set in place. The crawlspace and outer walls also received some patching.

Customer Issue: Needed rodents removed from his attic.
Our Solution: Our team set traps, removed the rodents, and sealed off all entry points. We advised him to keep the area clutter-free, not store paper or cardboard there, and to keep boxes off the floor.

Customer Issue: Drafty Attic Space.
Our Solution: We sealed up the openings around plumbing vents and electrical installations and plugged the open stud cavities. Next, we closed a couple of small gaps around windows and covered the open soffits. No more drafts!

Customer Issue: Air Leaks.
Our Solution: We removed the old insulation and sealed plumbing and other penetrations so that the spray foam wouldn’t seep onto the siding. After re-insulation, the client realized that new insulation will not only lower his energy costs, but will also dampen the outside noise.

Customer Issue: Needed attic cleaned after construction workmen had completed repairs and left debris in the attic.
Our Solution: We swept and cleaned the entire attic. During the final inspection, our workers noticed several air leaks and rodent holes. After speaking with the customer, the leaks were sealed them and we added some additional insulation.

Customer Issue: Our customer needed her attic sealed after repairs were done to her attic.
Our Solution: We removed all the left-over debris from the new attic construction, sealed all openings, and added additional insulation where needed. The customer was very happy with the work we did.
